Paul Field

Paul is the Principal Osteopath at The Longmore Practice. He qualified at the British School of Osteopathy in 1985, and has been in private practice since that time.

Paul commonly treats a large number of spinal related problems including sciatica and has a wide variety of techniques which he employs, including Osteopathic manipulation, massage, and supervised exercise regimes.

He treats patients of all ages, ranging from 3 to 98 years old and finds that by using different techniques and approaches, he can adjust the treatment programme to suit their individual needs. During his long career he has successfully treated patients suffering with everything from headaches down to toe problems related to incorrect footwear.

He has a vast experience of treating not only spinal problems, but also sports injuries and has close links with a number of local sports clubs who refer their athletes for ultra-sonic treatment, strapping and post injury re-habilitation.

He regularly attends courses and lectures on advanced Osteopathic & Physiotherapy techniques, ranging from sports injury treatment for elite athletes to vertigo in the elderly, he is also trained to treat children with sports injuries and postural problems.

Mark Marosfalvi

Mark graduated with a Masters degree from the University College of Osteopathy. 
He holds an ITEC level 3 Sports Massage Qualification. He is an experienced Sports Masseur and has taught & tutored students for several years in the theory and practical side of massage therapy up to this level. 

He is a keen swimmer and yoga practitioner. He has a particular interest in breathing methods and visceral techniques and uses these alongwith manual therapy. Mark offers & employs a variety of techniques, grounded in the individual patient’s complaint & expectations. 
He has experience of working with a wide variety of patients with both acute & chronic conditions.

Mark’s approach is relaxed & friendly, and he is dedicated to providing a holistic & professional approach to healthcare, providing patients with the tools and understanding to ensure a speedy recovery & prevent further injury. He continues to update his skills by regularly attending courses & lectures and has recently finished a course in cranial osteopathy, which qualifies him to treat in this field.
